🍭Governance Mechanism
MiRA is committed to building a robust, transparent, and progressive governance framework that evolves from a hybrid model to full DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) governance—empowering all ecosystem stakeholders.
1. Hybrid Governance Model (Early Stage)
Centralized Management + Community Participation: In the initial phase, daily operations and key management decisions are led by the core team, ensuring strategic focus and efficient execution.
Community Voting & Consultation: For major platform decisions—such as economic model changes, major partnerships, or ecosystem expansion—community members are invited to vote or provide input.
Governance Rights: $CAML token holders and MiRA NFT owners are granted governance privileges, including voting on important matters, early access to events, and preferential use of premium services.
2. Gradual Transition to DAO Governance
As the ecosystem matures, MiRA will progressively hand over governance to the community by establishing a fully functioning DAO:
Community Governance Committee: Elected or nominated community members oversee daily governance, conflict resolution, and policy execution.
On-Chain Proposal & Voting Mechanisms: Transparent, blockchain-based systems allow any eligible participant to submit proposals, vote, and audit results, ensuring democratic and tamper-proof governance.
Representation & Delegation: Representative or delegated voting options enhance efficiency, enabling experts or community leaders to represent broader user interests.
Governance Incentives: Active participation in governance is rewarded through token incentives, exclusive NFT badges, and increased decision-making influence.
3. Alignment of Incentives & Responsibilities
All participants—service providers, users, creators, and developers—share both rights and responsibilities. Governance mechanisms are designed to:
Ensure fair distribution of resources and rewards
Foster sustainable ecosystem growth
Promote the inheritance and digital transformation of traditional culture
4. Vision: Sustainable Cultural DAO Ecosystem
Through this layered, participatory governance, MiRA is not only a provider of metaphysical and cultural services but also a sustainable, community-driven platform for cultural innovation and value creation. Participants receive meaningful returns for their engagement, while collectively advancing the digital renaissance of traditional wisdom.
